These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the CRYMZEE Networks website and any services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
CRYMZEE Networks provides technology consulting, software development, product design, and related professional services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement executed between the parties.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all fees, CRYMZEE assigns to the client all intellectual property rights in the custom deliverables created specifically for that client under a project engagement. CRYMZEE retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies used in the delivery of services.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement for a period of three years.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are as specified in the applicable Statement of Work. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. CRYMZEE reserves the right to suspend work on any engagement where invoices remain unpaid beyond their due date.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CRYMZEE's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to CRYMZEE in the three months preceding the claim. In no event shall CRYMZEE be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Warranties
CRYMZEE warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Except as expressly stated, all services are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
